Xtreme have exclusively partnered with the best hula Hooper’s in town to bring you a hen event like no other!
We'll bring the hoops, you bring the hips, and together you can enjoy a hen party activity with a spin and a twist! You will learn to get the hoop going (even if you've never managed it before!) around your hips, neck, arms and legs...we'll get you squatting, jumping, bouncing and balancing, but It won't all be fitness though - with the old-school classics blasting out, bring your dancing feet and we promise to teach you some super hooper tricks and flicks too!
HulaHens will also provide your group with a bottle of Prosecco to help loosen your inhibitions (should you have any!).

Minimum per class: 10 people
Clothing: Please come ready to bounce around, so wear comfortable shoes and clothes! Trainers and active wear would be ideal!
